Our Process

1

Strategy to Secure and Cultivate KOL Equity

MMSG first assesses the client’s objectives and opportunities by focusing on their current strategy and relationships. Next, a target group of national KOLs are identified and vetted to align with the strategic needs of the client. Following that, emphasis is put on identifying ways to further broaden the base of regional and local KOL experts/advocates within the specific specialty market. During all stages of this strategic process, MMSG ensures that the resources allocated to each portion are divided across advantageous opportunities in a way that provides optimal return for the client.

2

Action Plan

Next, MMSG reviews the overall strategy created in tandem with the client and creates a comprehensive plan to accomplish the previously determined goals. The two areas of focus are the advancement of relationships between the company’s associates and KOLs/societies, and the optimization of the knowledge transfer of brand messaging and the client’s products. All portions of the action plan, including approaches, investments, and planned execution, are reviewed and analyzed to ensure that resources are being used optimally and will provide the client with maximum value.

3

Execution

When it comes time to execute the action plan, the strategic mindset carried along throughout every aspect of the project allows for high adaptability and versatility when plans are altered. MMSG offers outstanding logistical customer service support to provide every client with an amazing hassle-free experience.

4

Post-Engagement Reporting

After the project is completed, it is important to look back and reflect on the outcomes of the action plan. In addition to internal reflection, debrief sessions give the client one last piece of insight into the minds of the targeted KOLs. Executive summaries will provide the client with an overview of the results of the project in terms of KOL engagement.

What Our Clients Say

Our partnership with MMSG has been invaluable as we have established a pharmaceutical platform in 2017 and launched the first ever sublingual allergy immunotherapy tablet for perennial allergic rhinitis in the US. Their appetite for excellence and drive for success is unparalleled in the industry. MMSG’s strategic collaboration was a key contributor to the success of our 2017 global and local advisory boards; national, regional, and local conference planning; and KOL engagements. Under Sam Patel’s leadership, MMSG has a strong team who understands our mission and links arms with us to see that our goals are realized.

MMSG raises the bar set by other agencies by taking strategic thinking to a higher level. Their diverse experience bleeds through everything that they do for us, as demonstrated by their intense focus on strategy from start to finish. For several years now, MMSG assists in building strategic conference and KOL engagement plans that effectively leverage finite resources while maximizing return. This truly made us appear much larger than we are in the eyes of the society and KOL community.

The team at MMSG is able to effectively bridge relationships with key experts in the pain/addiction therapeutic area. They demonstrate an ability to engage with external thought leaders that results in building positive internal/external relationships. In addition, MMSG excels in the strategic planning and execution of various KOL conference engagement activities and scientific advisory boards. Our organization executed several events in which MMSG provided strategic support and executed with short timelines. I personally would recommend this team for the ability they have to flex to meet your needs, the attention to detail, and the commitment to ensuring that the output delivered is a quality product.

MMSG (Sam Patel) has been a tremendous partner within Boston Scientific’s Pulmonary team. Our company acquired a device for the treatment of severe asthma and realized quickly we would need to expand our focus on the Allergist community. MMSG’s role and guidance  has provided the needed strategy and access to allow us to be successful within this call point. The trust and respect given to MMSG by the asthma physician and society community is one that I still marvel at today. I am considered lucky to have the perspective, insight and friendship of MMSG and Sam to help us navigate the commercialization of our product to help the patients that need it the most.

The MMSG team quickly entrenched themselves into the planning of a critical advisory board. The management of all aspects of the advisory board was completed in excellence; however, what impressed me the most was their strategic approach and constant attention to details.

Santosh T. Varghese, MDChief Medical Officer, Vivus, Inc.

The staff at MMSG provided outstanding logistical and customer service support with seamless attention to detail. This flawless planning and execution was on display through a recent medical advisory board conducted by my prior organization.
